Mateusz Stankiewicz
Legal advisor, graduate of the Jagiellonian University. A specialist with a limited right to play football. In the past, a member of the jurisdictional PZPN and MZPN. Having experience in legal sports clubs available on the Internet (Ekstraklasa, 1st and 2nd league). He also acted for football agents from Poland, Italy, Germany and Slovakia. Experienced referee before the FIFA Football Competition and the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (CAS). Lecturer in sports law at the Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland and at the University of Zielona Góra.
Łukasz Roguski
Łukasz Roguski is responsible for the strategic development of Belovia Media GmbH and for building international relationships with clubs, academies, and business partners. He focuses on identifying new development opportunities, coordinating football projects, and supporting the long-term development of players.
His expertise lies in building partnerships, developing international projects, and creating an environment that connects the world of professional football with modern business. In his work, he prioritizes trust, professionalism, and long-term strategy, believing that the greatest successes are the result of making the right decisions at the right time.
Karol Seliga
Football Scout | Player Development
Karol Seliga is a football scout with over 20 years of experience in professional football. For many years, he worked as a physiotherapist with Poland’s youth national teams, which gave him the opportunity to closely observe the development of numerous players who later went on to represent the senior Polish national team and join leading clubs in Poland and abroad. This experience has provided him with extensive knowledge of the player development process and the demands of professional football.
At Belovia Media, he is responsible for identifying and scouting promising players, as well as assessing their skills, potential, and opportunities for further development. In his work, he draws on many years of experience gained with Poland’s national teams, focusing not only on footballing ability but also on physical preparation, mentality, and character.
Sebastian Mularczyk
Football Scout | Head of Scouting
Sebastian Mularczyk is a football scout specializing in player observation and potential assessment. He has an extensive knowledge of the football market. He completed the PZPN SCOUT B course at the PZPN Coaching School in Biała Podlaska. He is currently studying Sports Management at the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, further developing his knowledge of sports operations and management. As a player, he represented Zagłębie Sosnowiec and Radomiak Radom.
At Belovia Media, he is responsible for identifying and profiling players, scouting them, and assessing their skills, potential, and opportunities for further development, both in the domestic and international markets.
